Medical information
Please do not send your pet’s detailed medical history through website forms. Once your pet becomes a patient, medical records are kept confidential under Kentucky law and released only to you, to another veterinarian you name, or when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the hospital (such as our scheduling, email, laboratory and hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations, with your pet insurer when you ask us to send records, or when required by law.
